Skeet Shooting Good Practice for Trap? 1 Year ago

I don't shoot alot of skeet. My thought process was that if I am to get good at one of these games I should stick to one. Not sure if that is a good idea anymore. Perhaps I should shoot all the games and concentrate my competition on trap.
What do you think? Will shooting a bit of skeet be good practice for trap?

Shooting Skeet helps a trap shooter on their hard left and right targets. One problem though, is the fact that leads in skeet are longer than leads in trap.
Shooting Trap helps a skeet shoot to realy look for the targets.
I find that I don't have much of a problem switching from trap to skeet, or skeet to trap.

I beleive that shooting all of the games would help with any type of shotgun game. I really bad with skeet, but frankly, I don't shoot it much at all. We just started 5-Stand at our club and my performance on the skeet type presentations is testament to my lack of practice.
