Tom Wasson of Salem broke 179 out of 200 clay targets to win the AA Class championship in the 200-target main event at the recent 2008 Oregon State Sporting Clay Championships in Grants Pass. Wasson, a 2006 member of the Junior All-America team, is a U.S. Navy Corpsman. He was one of several Salem-area shooters who took home medals at the events held at Rogue Valley Sporting Clays....
